Connecticut DMV Information
The Connecticut DMV will suspend your license for being arrested for DUI. The suspension is based on your arrest, and not on your conviction, so you can have your license stripped even if you are found Not Guilty at court or the court case is dismissed. The sooner you talk to a DUI lawyer, the sooner you can take the necessary steps to fight the automatic suspension and try to save your license.
I can help with the DMV representation, and can even have a retired DMV hearing officer review your file for you before your hearing so you can see if you can win your license back.
The DMV began charging for police reports effective October 1, 2010, but if you decide to retain me for your DMV representation in addition to the court representation, I will include all the DMV costs in my fee so you pay no out of pocket expenses.
